Minimum Ordering Amount and Quantity

This is a wholesale website. We do wholesale only. You must be reselling or have a legitimate business use to buy from us.

The minimum order is $100.00 US dollars.

Easy Ordering

• Summit Order Online(recommended)

To place orders online is as easy as the following three steps:

·         Log in your account by entering your user name and password if you are already our VIP customer. If you are not yet registered in our membership, take action now, because it is all for free with no obligation and you will get more benefits after you become one of our VIPs.

·         Browse our product category and put your favorite items in the shopping cart we prepared for you.

·         View your shopping cart and check out once you complete shopping.

Your order will be processed.  One of our representatives will contact you shortly regarding your payment method.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover. Or money order.  You may call us at 213-617-8331 or fax us at 213-617-8371 to provide credit card information.

• Product code and quantity, prefer with brief description for each product

Large and Special Orders

If your order quantity on certain style is more than 20 dozens per color/size, please contact us first to make sure we have enough inventories for your order. In case of insufficient inventory, we will ship whatever is available and only charge you on items shipped. The rest of your order will be regarded as back order or special order and please allow about 30 ~ 60 days to complete the order.30% of the total invoice of the special order amount has to be pre-charged as the deposit for special orders. Please contact us for more information on large or special orders either by email, feedbacks on our website, or by phone and fax.

Payment Method

Payment can be made to us using one of the following methods :

• By Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover .  Any attempt to use stolen credit cards or credit card numbers will be reported to the FBI or the RCMP. We will supply the authorities with information needed to prosecute the thief.
• Send us Money Order or Cashier Check (payable to Shi Tai USA International Inc.) to our USA head office at:

Shipping Within USA

• We will try to ship out the merchandise within 1 to 3 business days after the order is received. If not otherwise specified by our customers, we choose UPS Regular Ground Service as the default shipping method, which normally takes about 3-7 business days for delivery to continental USA. And freight will be added to the invoice at UPS standard rate based on actual weight and shipping address. We will inform you of the total amount including the freight charge upon your request. The total processing time, including handling and shipping service for your order, is within 10 business days.
• All shipment will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to locate your shipment status at any time. The tracking number will be sent to you electronically. • Faster shipping options:

Next day: you will receive your shipment the next day after it is shipped out

2nd day: you will receive your shipment the second day after it is shipped out

Three day select: you will receive your shipment the third day after it is shipped out

Returns and Guarantees

We guarantee our products and services. In the unlikely event of a defective products or wrong items you receive due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to return the defective or wrong items (at our expense) and we will ship you the replacement or give you full refund (including shipping charges). Please contact us before sending the return items and we will issue return authorization #.

Any refused shipment sent back to myfashionbelts.com for any reasons other than what are mentioned above does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with us to receive the refused shipment again. All refused shipment returned to myfashionbelts.com for credit is subject to 25% re-stocking fee and deduction of shipping cost.

Please note that no returns will be accepted without return authorization # and after 14 days.

Products returns or refund will be made only if the return meets the above guidelines. Product returned without adhere to the above conditions will result in the return of the product to the customer and additional shipping/handling charge on the customer.

14 Days Returns Procedures

All return item must be accompanied by Return Authorization number. You have 14 days from the day you received your product to file for a return with the guidelines below. This return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. You can request a Return Authorization number by sending an email to shitaiusa@hotmail.com with the following information:

Your name Your phone number Your billing address Your e-mail address Your original order number Reasons for returning the item Note: Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

In the return package, please include a copy of invoice and your Return Authorization number. Credit back to your credit card will take 30 days to appear on your credit card from the day we received the product.
